- 1-2 pumpkins
- 1-2 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 large carrot
- 1 parsnip
- 1 bell pepper, yellow
- 250 gr of green courgettes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- parsley, dill and lavender
- 2 tablespoons of oil

Peel the onion, chop the scales and brown it in the oil until it is slightly translucent.
Peel the carrot and parsnip, cut them into cubes and add them to the onion, stirring to bring out their flavors and make it penetrate easily. Stir well on the stove, then add 2 l of boiled water. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes, then add the peeled and diced courgettes and potatoes, as well as the peeled and diced pepper.

In another bowl, boil the green courgettes in enough water to cover them well. A little salt is also added. Boil until it is well penetrated and has dissolved the pulp from the seeds, then pass it through a sieve and pour it into the bowl with the vegetable soup.
