- 1 kg of well-ripened tomatoes;

- Salt and pepper to taste;
- 2.5 liters of water;

Tomato soup recipe with the taste of childhood – Method of preparation
Start by preparing the vegetables. Boil a pot with about 2 liters of water. When the water comes to a boil, add a teaspoon of salt. Mix well until the salt has dissolved. Let the water boil again and add the well washed cherry tomatoes. Boil the tomatoes for 1-2 minutes, then drain the water and let the tomatoes flavor a little, then you can remove the skin. Cut the cherry tomatoes into cubes and set them aside in a bowl.
Peel the onion, wash it and cut it into flakes. Clean the carrots, celery and parsnips. Grate them or cut them into cubes. Wash 1-2 celery stalks with leaves, wash the green parsley and put it in a colander, drain. When you have all these ingredients ready, you can begin the soup making process.
How to make tomato soup like grandma’s
Put a pot of water over the stove flame. Heat the oil in a pan, placed on the second flame of the stove. Add the onion and stir in the oil for one minute. You don’t drive it, you just let it release its flavor. Then add the carrot, celery and parsnip. Dip them in boiling oil for 1 minute. Put the ingredients from the pan into the bowl with the hot water. Boil them until they are well soaked, then add the tomatoes.
